Delivery: 

Morning Slot - 10.00am – 2.00pm

Afternoon Slot - 2.00pm – 6.00pm

Delivery Charge: Delivery is chargeable at $15 per bouquet regardless of location.

Delivery Area: Singapore only. Delivery Service excludes Tuas             / Jurong Islands / Sentosa / Changi Airport / Loyang / and Army Camps. 

Courier delivery Service: We engaged a trusted third-party courier company to deliver all our bouquets.

Adverse Weather Conditions: During adverse weather conditions (including heavy rain and flood), our delivery partners may not be able to deliver orders on time. This is beyond our control and we cannot accept responsibility for the late delivery of the order. Therefore, in the event of adverse weather conditions, we will not issue a refund or offer re-delivery for the affected orders.
